We issue a detailed quotation covering pricing, quantities, lead times and delivery terms (Incoterms). Once agreed, a formal order confirmation and payment terms are established.

We source or coordinate production with our network of certified mills and manufacturers, tracking production schedules to keep your project on time.

Products are inspected against agreed specifications and standards before shipment. Mill test certificates and inspection reports are prepared for your records.

Materials are packed to withstand handling and transport, with export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) prepared for smooth customs processing.

We coordinate freight by sea, land or air depending on project timelines and destination, keeping you updated with tracking information throughout transit.

Our team supports customs clearance coordination at destination, ensuring documentation is in order to avoid delays.

Materials are delivered to your project site or warehouse, with delivery notes and final documentation provided to close out the order.
